This is a wonderful summer party recipe. Check whether guests have nut allergies. Serves 10.
- Almonds – blanched 125 grams
- Cucumber 150 grams
- Green grapes 60 grams
- Peeled garlic 1 clove (optional)
- Bread – white 15 grams
- Milk 20 ml (whole milk suggested)
- EV olive oil 25 ml
- sherry vinegar 10 ml
- table salt 5 gms
- poultry spice blend large pinch (to taste)
Blend ingredients until smooth, thin to desired consistency with water or milk. Check seasoning and adjust if desired. Garnish with parsley leaf and edible flower.
